Dear Parent (s) or Guardian,
The Middle and Elementary Schools have changed the protocol for visitors, early dismissal and/or dropping off items. Beginning Monday, March 12th, the following changes will be in effect to limit the number of visitors entering the building:
• All visitors will need to make an appointment prior to meeting with administration, faculty and staff.
• Early dismissal will require a note from the parent or guardian indicating the time of pick up and include the name of the person picking up the student. The person responsible for picking up the student will wait in the vestibule area for their child. A sign-out sheet will be available for that person to sign out their child.
• Items to be dropped off will be left in the vestibule area with proper identification on the item for delivery. (i.e. lunches, gym clothes, instruments)
• Student drop-off in the morning for Middle and Elementary students will remain at Central Office. A staff member will monitor the doors.
