OPEN RECORDS

As of January 1, 2009, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, under Governor Edward G. Rendell, requires government agencies, including school districts, to comply with the new regulations as set forth by the Right-to-Know Law Act 3 of 2008. The new law fundamentally changes the way people access public records.

 

FILE A REQUEST FORM

To obtain public records from the Riverside Beaver County School District, please download the Request Form and fill it out in its entirety and please be sure to review the fee structure that is associated with the records request. Please note you may also e-mail your request and that each e-mail request must contain the information that is found on the Request Form.
