How do I become a Volunteer for RBCSD?

As of March 1, 2023 Volunteer requests will be submitted through our online Raptor Portal.  The Portal URL is https://apps.raptortech.com/Apply/NDU1NDplbi1VUw==
 
Please consult the Volunteer Clearance Notice and have electronic copies of the following ready to upload:
  1. Pennsylvania Criminal Record Check (SP4-164)
  2. Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance (CY113)
  3. FBI Criminal Background Check OR PA Residency 10 Year Affidavit
 
 
Once your information has been successfully submitted, we will review your application.  The email address used in the application will be used as the main point of contact for application updates.
