RMS IS EXCITED TO IMPLEMENT RACHEL’S CHALLENGE- A SCHOOL-WIDE POSITIVE BEHAVIOR SUPPORT PLAN

Rachel's Challenge is a school-wide Positive Behavior Program designed to empower students to promote kindness and compassion.
Students in grades six thru eight will engage in various activities, assemblies and events throughout the year to help build and sustain a caring and positive environment for all students. With the support of the staff and the middle school Social Education program, we look forward to our upcoming school year. Rachel's Challenge will be kicked off on Oct. 1 during our school wide assembly.

SECURITY POLICY

Dear Parent(s) or Guardians of Middle School and Elementary School Students. Please be reminded of our Security Policy in effect to limit the number of visitors entering the building:
• All visitors will need to make an appointment prior to meeting with administration, faculty and staff.
• Early dismissal will require a note from the parent or guardian indicating the time of pick up and include the name of the person picking up the student. The person responsible for picking up the student will wait in the vestibule area for their child. A sign-out sheet will be available for that person to sign out their child.
• Items to be dropped off will be left in the vestibule area with proper identification on the item for delivery. (i.e. lunches, gym clothes, instruments)
• Student drop-off in the morning for Middle and Elementary students will remain at Central Office. A staff member will monitor the doors.
