TIPS FOR COMPLETING NEW YEAR REQUIRED FORMS

Why won't my login work?
  • The username is not an email address.  Most usernames look like this:  firstname.lastname
  • Be sure the login area is set to Family/Student Access.
Why haven't I received a new password?
  • Be sure you're checking the email address you have recorded in Skyward.  The system only sends a new password to the email recorded in the system.
  • There are many accounts not connected to an email address.  If you think you could be one of them, please contact the tech department by email.
Why can't I change information on the form?
  • Please remember to click EDIT before attempting to make changes.
  • Many fields that are populated from information already in Skyward are READ ONLY.  If you need changes to information that is not accessible, please contact your building office.
  • Many of the forms can only be completed by Family 1 on the form.  This doesn't mean that Family 2 isn't equally important.  Skyward software prevents multiple families from completing information in specific areas in order to prevent conflicting or duplicate information.  We have requested modifications to the functionality that will allow equal access.
I click complete the forms but nothing happens:
  • Be sure every single step listed on the right-hand side has a small green check mark. 
  • Look for error messages on the top of the forms tab.
  • Click the last step (9) and a button will appear.  Click the button to Submit.  You will receive an email confirming that your forms have been submitted.    
Why don't I see the New Year Required Forms tab?
  • The Skyward Mobile App does not currently contain the New Year Required Forms.
  • It is recommended to complete the forms on a computer, laptop, or tablet.
  • It is recommended to access the portal from the Skyward Icon located on the District website.
  • Be sure pop-up blockers are disabled.
